I checked to see what section this was posted in and got excited when I saw it in the political forum, I can speak my mind here!  

Short but sweet: He's an effing asshole and the cruelty is the point. People will die, and they.do.not.care.  

(there's a longer bit but that's probably out of place even here. ahem.)

Maybe the cuts are valid......IF........they expect so many of the clients to die from the virus.
