For those with medical interest and medical knowledge ( which I know is quite a few),  this is quite a complex overview of  Diagnosis  Management Prognosis and Follow up.    Flick through the blue menu at top and  Its a pathway for GPs and medics in UK,  but makes interesting reading, gathers all the evidence together and shows us how far we have come.
