This is not good news, but the Fatality rate is 1/million. For comparison South Korea's fatality rate from covid-19 is currently well controlled and is at around 9/million, while the US rate is 686/million.  

A 17-year-old boy who died two days after receiving a flu shot was the first to be noted by officials.  The other reported fatalities were all elderly. At least eight were in their 70s or 80s with underlying conditions.

Given these details/odds, personally I would risk the vaccine.

At first you are thinking a bad contaminated batch, but the deaths  involve 4 different vaccines  from 4 different manufacturers, so they are saying it is not toxicity.

It would help if we knew the cause of death,

There isn't a chance that these people have had covid and this is some sort of adverse reaction to the flu shot¿.....just saying !!!!!
