I am back.
A lot has happened in the months I have been off forum.
One big thing is I sold my condo and everything in it and moved into a small studio apartment in a senior independent living community.
I love it. Less stress on me. I have bought everything new off of Amazon and Wayfair and am finally happy.
They are very covid aware here and of course masks are required. Temps are taken by the receptionist whenever you leave and come back. Having said that, not all residents abide by the rules - so there are many I give wide berth to or avoid.

Looking forward to catching up with everyone and also to read what I may have missed.

Welcome back, Tabitha!  I would like to do what you have done, but instead of the senior facility, a smaller house out in the country.  Once you each a certain age, you start to despise cleaning, and most of my jobs have included cleaning.

But the buying all new stuff and starting over has a lot of appeal.  Enjoy!

Thanks for the warm welcome folks.

Yes, I despise cleaning and I did a lot of it before putting the house up for sale. I actually sold it to my neighbors son-in-law before we even put it in a realtor's hands so no commission had to be paid...and he paid cash for the condo. I got my asking price also.

I am thrilled to be in a smaller  place and I bought all white furniture...LOL...its clean and modern and streamlined...just as I imagined it would be.

Of course I had to buy a huge tv though. No regrets. Glad to have moved on. Now if only we get over Covid someday....
