ViQueen24-great article  thanks for posting the link !

Research for HIV-treatments by specialists for decades-colliding with the Wuhan SARS-2/CoViD-19 outbreak.....Monoclonal antibodies https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody#Therapeutic_uses or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody#Therapeutic_uses - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody#Therapeutic_uses ; Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies act through multiple mechanisms, such as blocking of targeted molecule functions, inducing  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apoptosis" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(6, 69, 173); background: none rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;" title="Apoptosis - apoptosis  in cells which express the target, or by modulating signalling pathways. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody#cite_note-48" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(6, 69, 173); background: none; - [48] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody#cite_note-49" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(6, 69, 173); background: none; - [49]

DJ, A leading researcher describing patients seeing effects within minutes after getting (intravenous) treatment may give an insight of how fast the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody_therapy or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody_therapy - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monoclonal_antibody_therapy works...

In this case (the wiki-link does not give info on monoclonal antibody therapy and CoViD-19) the monoclonal antibodies do stop the virus from getting into the cells very fast...

Good video's to in the article-also on how long China will stick to "Zero-CoViD" (and why/how it choose to do so).  China has 80% of the population fully vaccinated and wants to get vaccination level even higher 85% (and-DJ then go for 90% -New Zealand also going for that kind of high level vaccination I believe).

If an ADE-variant shows up - using antibodies/immune reaction-as way of spreading (and it may be just a matter of time...Omicron very unclear signs on immunity) then both vaccines and anti-body therapy may get challanged....

DJ-In my opinion China has a sort of economy the US did have during World War 2...The government/State has the final say...NOT the major companies...If companies get to big they have to break up. (Like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Oil#Breakup or https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Oil#Breakup - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Oil#Breakup ; By 1911, with public outcry at a climax, the  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Court_of_the_United_States" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(6, 69, 173); background: none rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;" title="Supreme Court of the United States - Supreme Court of the United States  ruled, in  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Oil_Co._of_New_Jersey_v._United_States" style="text-decoration: none; color: rgb(6, 69, 173); background: none;" title="Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey v. China may be able to become the only country with both production capacity, knowledge and political motivation to end this pandemic.

DJ; Production capacity, logistics decide who wins a war...motivation, human aspects the second main factor.

Racism may "push" countries like China, South Africa to show "they can do better"....I did expect China to offer mobile hospitals + medicall staff to countries around the globe allready. In a recent China-Africa topmeeting (on-line) China did promiss Africa a billion vaccines (of wich 400 million to be made by Chinese companies in Africa).

In my opinion China may be the only major player with a clear strategy...finding the right balance between dealing with this pandemic (top-priority in China...Xi also made fighting poverty a long term goal...) and keeping the economy going.

From a democratic/Atlantic perspective I think we have to get a balance limiting power of major companies would give us a better democracy...Neo-liberalism is undermining democracy...becoming a dogmatic anti-democratic "pseudo religion"....Privitizing the NHS - in the UK - is just one of many signs neo-liberal/conservatism is putting us back to the 19th century...
