Travel restrictions are again coming into force between Finland and Sweden.  But numbers of cases are also starting to rise in Finland (following the general European trend but starting from a much lower level),

It was only a matter of time.  And starting from a lower level is the right thing.  Here in the U.S. we are still banned for travel into foreign nations.  But it's the only thing Finland can do.
