Inflammation of the lungs and subsequent loss of oxygen is how the coronavirus kills.

The doc says positive ventilation works. I know a Cpap machine to do this. They are used for sleep apnea. The can be rigged to put a little pressure on the lungs. 

lay the patient on their belly for several hours.

If you have access to oxygen this will help.
