   I have just posted a link to C.E. relating to the recent attempts to organise pandemic food supplies. Thought it would be better in "News". 
This stuff is pretty much in line with my views on how to escape from the "what can WE do?" syndrome. The blockage to action always seems to lie in the same place. There is no apparent variation between countries or continents. If you need to get it done then plan it, check it, test it and then present it to big government as a done deal.
