   Despite the claim of well built there were NO sprinklers  (not required when built in 1983). 

Is it time to bring building codes up to date?  I know it will cost something, but these are luxury apartments and so I presume could be easily afforded.

	Trump lobbied against laws requiring sprinklers. And he tweeted about the building being well constructed...but nothing about the fatality. Classy.
