This article albiet basic has some good ways to help others through the outbreak.

I know for myself - I've been calling my mom more as she's mid-80's & a social butterfly! We convinced her to SIP last week.  So I'm trying to call/touch base to ensure all ok and so she has human voice/contact, have asked her minister to do the same, and I know she's reaching out to a couple other friends as well.

If it's to be - it's up to me!

Does she have a computer or cell phone?  Maybe set her up on Skype or Facetime so she can see people while they're talking.

She has an older computer - doesn't do FB or Skype or anything (to date) and her cell is a flip phone... She's a pretty tough old bird, she'll be fine - as long as we check on her, she knows we love her to pieces... Trying to get another person to SIP with her, but unsure how/if that will work (details details)...

If it's to be - it's up to me!
