that when 70,000 Nigerian Muslims go to Mecca on a haj that some of them will be infected with Ebola and all hell will break loose when they spread it to all the Muslims in Mecca?

The odds are-if the Nigerian case count is honest and correct (bahahaha), 115 to 1 that one person is infected with Ebola out of the presumed 70,000. The odds are much higher that one up to many Nigerians will return with MERS.
