I heard that FEMA was looking for at least 400 people and having a hard
time finding them.   Well, it seems like a good oppurtunity for the some
people out there. I'm sure FEMA pays relatively well and it would be a
good oppurtunity to get in on the ground floor when they would
otherwise probably be using more qualified people.   You would also have
the oppurtunity to help those in need.

I could tolerate him if I thought his intentions were pure. I think he was trying to mess with everyone's head. I pictured him and some buddies gathered around the computer saying hey, this stuff is really important to these people. Lets see how we can get them fired up.
