here is a youtube video i found that relates to the pandemic threat.please note,the youtube description has the word "hoax" in it.after viewing the videos (2 parts) i see no hoax about this.please view this video.it is very sobering,and in my opinion,downright frightening.
note the human element involved,and note how difficult (impossible) the situation is to contain.
by the way,its me "nz preper" i had to log in under a new account (what the hell ??) but,hi guys & gals,im still here,and i visit a dozen times a day.......

i agree fictionwriter,i havent a clue why the "hoax" mention is in the title on youtube (?)
its a sobering peice yes ?
it conveys to me clearly the hopelessness of the potential situation (sorry guys & gals,but it does)
note the scene where the bus carrying the guy,passes on the stretch of road,as the 3 medi-vehicles travel to the village ?.............its that easy.........
(for this thing to go ballistic)
the lie/omission by the elderly woman is thought provoking as it serves as an insight into everyones desire to protect there own,and yet,raises the question:what could the med workers have done regardless ?......the guy has already left the village.the end scene makes me wanna weep.sorr folks,but it does.

hi annie,the video is a 2 part segment of 8 minutes each part.it chronicles a young asian man,who is travelling home after a week at work.his village is many miles away,so he is walking,and using public transport.he arrives in his village,and is greeted by friends & family.a neighbour is bleeding/preparing a chicken for a meal close-by.the video is spliced with factual scientific observations,and details about h5n1.the girl who is slaughtering the chicken is seen to have minute particles of h5n1 go into her nasal passages (we see micro organsims reacting,and a voiceover gives us details of what is occuring) according to the story being told,this woman is indeed patient zero.
mutation has occured (according to the story)    

the video ends with "news footage" taken from around the globe,as the pandemic kicks off.

if you can view this video,i reccomend you do so.

im only interested in the video.

if he thinks that h5n1 is a manmade virus,then chances are,he believes the world is flat,hiv is a manmade virus,elvis is alive,and other such nonsense also.

the video is the important bit.it seems to be a segment from a documentary.the narrator is clearly british,and the scientific info contained in the video is currently accurate.(until proved otherwise)

the video is well worth checking out.

I read recently, and no, i can't remember the article off-hand, that the strain of AI in Indonesia or China was showing some resistance to Tamiflu.  Combine that with the suicidal tendencies the drug brings out in teens...i'm unsure about the value of the drug.
